Apartamento bien iluminado en una 2da planta en finca con ascensor. Dispone de espacioso salón, cocina americana y dormitorio con dos camas individuales.

Se encuentra en Cortés. Tiene el jardín botánico a 550m y el parque El Retiro a 800m. Tiene las estaciones lavapies (línea 3) a 800m y la estación del arte (línea 1) a 350m. También cuenta con varios teatros, restaurantes y supermercados alrededor.

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor in a building with elevator. It has a spacious living room, American kitchen and bedroom with two single beds.

It is located in Cortés. It has the botanical garden at 550m and El Retiro Park at 800m. It has Lavapies station (line 3) at 800m and Estación del Arte (line 1) at 350m. It also has several theatres, restaurants and supermarkets around.
