With a 37 m² footprint, this apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, over, vitro, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge with freezer), a modern bathroom and bedroom with a 135cm bed. Both living room and bedroom have a powerful ceiling fan. The property is bright thanks to its 3 windows with views to a patio.

One of Madrid’s best known traditional markets for both the quality and variety of products (Mercado de Chamberí) is within a 10-minute walk. The market has over 50 stalls on the ground floor and a unique gastronomic area.

The apartment is located in one of the "must go" spots in Madrid for foodies, the #ponzaning area. Popular cosy cafes and restaurants are at the street corner.
