It’s tidy and sunny inside. High ceilings. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are open-plan. It feels spacious. AC keeps you cool. Gas heaters keep you cosy. You can dry your washing on the small balcony.
The living room area is painted true blue. You have a comfy sofa and a flatscreen TV. At night, switch on the lamp for mood lighting. The cabinet is for your DVDs and books.
You can eat or study at the dining table. There are 2 chairs, so invite a friend.
Make a steaming cup of coffee. Open the French doors and step onto the small balcony. Sit on the chair. Watch Madrid life go by below.
The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the living room. Walk up the stairs to reach it. It’s a cosy nest. You have a double bed and a bedside table. The ceiling is 1,80 cm high. Please be careful if you are tall.

You are in Malasaña, a vibrant neighborhood in central Madrid. The best bars, cafes and boutiques are by your door. You are a short walk from iconic Gran Vía.
