It’s tidy and sunny inside. High ceilings. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are open-plan. It feels spacious. AC keeps you cool. Gas heaters keep you cosy. You can dry your washing on the small balcony.

The living room area is painted true blue. You have a comfy sofa and a flatscreen TV. At night, switch on the lamp for mood lighting. The cabinet is for your DVDs and books.

You can eat or study at the dining table. There are 2 chairs, so invite a friend.

The kitchen is small but functional. You have a fridge and a microwave. The electric stove has an extractor fan. You also have lots of pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and glasses.

The bathroom is modern and fully tiled. It has a toilet, shower, sink and a mirror. A small window lets in a little light.

You are in Malasaña, a vibrant neighborhood in central Madrid. The best bars, cafes and boutiques are by your door. You are a short walk from iconic Gran Vía.
