A lovely one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the first floor. This apartment is small, with a total floor area of 40 sqm, but it is perfectly equipped for singles or couples.
What we liked the most
- We love the set up of this apartment, with the bedroom located on a mezzanine area above the kitchen/living area.
- Rent includes all bills, bed linen and a cleaning service, making it perfect for those wanting an easy care flat in central Madrid.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is small, but makes very good use of the existing space.
- The apartment is interior, but doesn’t feel too dark.
- The shower is located by the kitchen/dining area, and there is a separate room containing the toilet and a sink.
