This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Salitre in the Lavapiés section of Madrid. Lavapiés is a multicultural neighborhood, known for its seamless blend of cultures, ethnic restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, and numerous trendy bars on Calle de Argumosa. The neighborhood is also home to several arts and cultural spaces, making it ideal for a group of people wanting a thriving neighborhood in the heart of the center of Madrid. The area of this apartment is 40 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is equipped with modern appliances and furniture. One of the walls in the living room (where the TV is hung from) has a rocky texture!
- The apartment has air conditioning in some of the rooms, perfect for those long, hot summer days in Madrid!
- Both bedrooms have double beds with desks and plenty of space for storing all of your clothes, books, and other personal items
