This one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Amparo in the culturally diverse Lavapies section of Madrid. This up-and-coming neighborhood is home to many theatres, ethnic restaurants, and hip, budget-friendly bars. The apartment is ideal for students or couples, as it is close to many affordable restaurants and bar-lined streets such as Calle Argumosa. The area of the apartment is 25 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in the heart of Lavapies, a neighborhood full of action and culture.
- The couch turns into a bed: great for visiting friends or family!
- As the unit is located in the interior of the building, the apartment offers a nice escape from the daily activity of the neighborhood.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has a window, but it only connects to the kitchen.
- The apartment is on the smaller side, but it has a lot of storage space.
