This stylish exterior apartment is perfect for those wanting a superior living experience. With a floor area of 70 sqm, it offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living area and a separate kitchen. The owners have thought of even the smallest details to create a comfortable home which will satisfy even the most discerning travelers. It is located on Arenal street, 150m way from the stunning Teatro Real, considered one of the most important theatres not only in Spain, but in the whole of Europe. In addition, other of the city's main landmarks such as Plaza de Oriente, the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor and the world-renowned Mercado de San Miguel, are all located within a short walk from this apartment.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is modern, very well appointed and offers plenty of storage space.
- There are two balconies with fantastic views over Arenal street. You can spend hours people watching, as this charming street is normally full of shoppers, tourists and locals alike.
- The bathroom is modern and is equipped with a spa bath and a towel heater.
- The apartment offers some nice extras to make your stay more relaxed and pleasant, like having bed linen provided, a dryer, a dishwasher and a cleaning service every 10 days.
- It also has central air-conditioning and natural gas heaters throughout, so your home will be nice and cozy regardless of the weather.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom one only has a small window. There is no wardrobe, but there is a clothes rack.
