A stylish 75 sqm apartment offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies, a modern kitchen and a living area. This deluxe exterior apartment is located on Arenal street, 150m away from the stunning Teatro Real, considered one of the most important theatres not only in Spain, but in the whole of Europe. This building is one of the city's most emblematic symbols, and in it you can enjoy from a wide range of artistic performances ranging from theatre and opera to ballet and musical concerts. In addition, other of the city's main landmarks such as Plaza de Oriente, the Royal Palace and the world-renowned Mercado de San Miguel, are all located within a short walk from this apartment.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is great for families, as bedroom 1 is equipped with twin beds and bedroom 2 has a double bed.
- There are three large built-in wardrobes, one in the hallway and one in each bedroom.
- There are two bathrooms, one of them is smaller and equipped with a fancy spa shower, a toilet and a sink. The second one is larger and has a bathtub, his and hers sinks, a toilet and a bidet.
- This apartment has central hot and cold air-conditioning, so your home will be cozy regardless of the weather.
- Rent includes a handy cleaning service every 10 days.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 has a balcony, but most of the space is occupied by the air-conditioning unit.
