This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Tribulete in the Lavapies district of Madrid. This eclectic and diverse neighborhood is a favorite among locals: with plenty of bars, ethnic restaurants, and cafes, it's no wonder. There is a library right next to the apartment, so those who like to work or study in quietude will be delighted. Tenants of this 40 m2 renovated property will have lots to do while living in this apartment!
What we liked the most
- The sofa in the living room is extendible, so tenants can stretch out and relax or host overnight guests.
- The property is completely renovated with new amenities and furniture. It has a view to the shared patio, which is decorated with potted plants.
- There is a small private patio to store extra belongings or dry your laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is in bedroom 2.
- The apartment is quite compact, but there are many bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby.
