This is a very beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment near Madrid's city centre. Situated on Glorieta de Bilbao, this interior fourth floor apartment is very close to Madrid's attractions and has easy access to public transportation - as a matter of fact, you are located right in front of the Bilbao station!
The apartment has fully furnished rooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen and all utilities included in the rent. The kitchen might be lacking an oven, however, you do have a microwave available. It's situated in a vibrant area, sandwiched between several of Madrid's most popular districts. You'll be surrounded by bars, restaurants, markets and will be able to live in the area of many Madrid's attractions. The area of the apartment is 42m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated using a black and white color scheme, creating a sophisticated look.
- We love the wooden furnishings and fittings found throughout the flat. It adds a classic and rustic aspect to the whole property.
- The bedroom is a relaxing space: you’ll find a wooden standalone wardrobe and 2 nightstands with lamps.
- The bathroom is modern, new, and very clean.
- There is a fireplace in the living room- a feature that you don't see very often in Madrid!
- All utilities are included in the rent, perfect for those on a budget!
- The apartment is close to the city center and has good access to transportation.
- The black sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen lacks an oven.
- The building does not have an elevator, so you'll get very fit living in this apartment.
