This 1 bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and located in the heart of the Retiro barrio, home to the beloved Parque del Buen Retiro. The location is in high demand and very well connected to the metro and cercanias networks. The apartment is spacious and modern with great attention to the detail. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space for tenants to have visitors to stay. The apartment measures at 40 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated with sleek wooden furnishings and visible brick walls.
- The sofas can also be made into a single and double bed meaning that you can have friends to stay over.
- There is an open plan kitchen and living room area meaning that the apartment is very spacious.
- The apartment is very modern and the kitchen is fully equipped.
- You will be able to enjoy complete silence in this apartment due to its fantastic isolation.

The apartment is well connected. The closest metro station are Pacífico (4 mins walk) or Menéndez Pelayo (7 mins walk). The Atocha station is 15 minutes walk from your front door. From here you can access the metro, cercanias and railway station for short and long distance journeys across Spain. The closest bus stop (3 mins walk) is Av. Cdad. Barcelona - Juan de Urbieta where buses 24, 54, 57 and 141 (all direction: Atocha Renfe), 37 (direction: Cuatro Caminos) all stop.
