La vivienda cuenta con las siguientes zonas comunes: Una amplia cocina con barra para desayunar o almorzar, con menaje y equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos: vitrocerámica, campana, microondas y frigorífico. Posee 1 baño completo con plato de ducha de cómodo acceso desde cualquier habitación y dotados de excelentes calidades. Se entrega ropa de cama y nórdico. Limpieza dos veces al mes de las zonas comunes. Wifi de alta velocidad. La casa cuenta con lavadora propia.
