Hola, hasta ahora a todas las inquilinas que he tenido les ha gustado vivir en mi piso y la zona. Hay muy buena comunicación con el centro por metro y autobuses (escasamente media hora), hay un centro comercial con todo tipo de tiendas, el parque lineal del Río sirve para pasear, hacer footing, montar en bicicleta, hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías donde tomar tapas, está muy cerca el Centro Cultural del Matadero. La habitación también tiene de manera independiente un pequeño frigorífico y un microondas. También se puede utilizar la cocina para cuestiones menores.
