A todas las estudiantes que han vivido en mi apartamento les ha gustado mucho. Se trata de una zona bien localizada, cercana al metro y autobuses. Madrid-Rio es un parque lineal perfecto para hacer pasear o hacer deporte. También está el Centro Cultural Matadero con muchas actividades culturales.
La habitación está amueblada y, además, tiene un microondas y un pequeño refrigerador, para uso personal. El ambiente es independiente y tranquilo. IMPORTANTE: Al entrar, un mes de Depósito que se devolverá al marcharse, siempre que haya estado al menos tres meses. Si se marcha antes de tres meses, se pierde el depósito. El contrato es mensual NO ES DIARIO. Un saludo. Ana
