- Check-in should be from Monday to Friday from 9h to 14h and 17h and 20h
- Deposit should be paid by cash on the check-in day
- Cleaning of common areas to be done once a week by tenants.
- Common areas are to be tidy at all times.
- Mandatory cleaning fee of 50€ per person to be deducted from security deposit upon departure.
- Recyclable trash should be emptied every night from 20:30 and onward.
- Rent payments to be made during the first 5 days of every month.
- No noise or loud music. After 20:00 music is only permitted while using headphones.
- Any elements that can be dangerous, harmful or illegal (such as portable stoves or gas heaters) are not permitted.
