There are two communal areas, a kitchen that is fully equipped for the house capacity and a living area. The kitchen has sufficient space to socialise and relax with your friends or other housemates.
The property is located on Calle de Atocha in Madrid's Central Zone. The area is full of some of Madrid's most vibrant and popular tourist spots. It is also full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms and pretty much anything you could ever need. The closest metro station is Antón Martín which is connected to line 1.

Bedroom 5 is fitted with a single bed, a desk with a lamp and has a stand alone wardrobe. There is a private bathroom, with a shower, sink and toilet. The room has both A/C and a heating unit so it is perfect for Madrid's changing climate.
