Zonas comunes son dos baños completos (uno con bañera y otro con ducha), cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. El ambiente es tranquilo, respetuoso, no fiestero, no fumador. Buscamos compañeros que vienen a estudiar o a trabajar, respetuosos y sin vicios. Posibilidad de empadronarse.
