Muy bien conectado por metro: Lista, Diego de León, Núñez de Balboa, buses. Zonas comunes son dos baños completos (uno con bañera y otro con ducha), cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. El ambiente es tranquilo, respetuoso, no fiestero, no fumador. Buscamos compañeros que vienen a estudiar o a trabajar, respetuosos y sin vicios. Posibilidad de empadronarse. Las habitaciones se alquilan por meses completos. Se entregan limpias con sábanas montadas.

In the heart of Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood are rooms available to rent in this 6-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. The available rooms vary in size but come with a bed, desk, and storage space. The main shared area is the equipped kitchen.

On Calle de José Ortega y Gasset, the apartment is located one of the most famous shopping streets in Madrid. Living here your neighbors include Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. Salamanca is posh and offers amazing dining experiences and trendy cocktails bars. There is plenty to do and discover within walking distance, but you are also surrounded by metro stops to get you around Madrid quickly.

  • Proof of solvency

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
