There are rooms for rent in this stunning 12-bedroom, 5-bathroom chalet on Calle Sil in Villaviciosa de Odón. With a generous 600 m² footprint spread over 4 floors including a basement level, this house boasts 3 kitchens, and 3 living rooms with modern appliances throughout.
This house is a little outside the centre of Madrid, but is only a 20-minute walk to the Universidad Europea de Madrid campus. There is a supermarket only a 15-minute walk away, as well as a pharmacy and a few cafes.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed, a desk and plenty of storage with a chest of drawers, shelving and standalone wardrobe. This neutrally decorated room is an internal room with a small window. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the lower ground floor with a kitchen and bathroom.
