This house is a little outside the centre of Madrid, but is only a 20-minute walk to the Universidad Europea de Madrid campus. There is a supermarket only a 15-minute walk away, as well as a pharmacy and a few cafes.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed and desk. This room also has an en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage, and a window looking out to the street.
