Modern 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle de Don Ramón de la Cruz in Salamanca. The open plan kitchen and living room is well-equipped including a large refrigerator, microwave and rangehood as well as a sofa and TV.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, and a department store within a 10-minute walk. The Eva Duarte de Peron Park is also within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- Both bathrooms are well-equipped with a toilet, sink and shower in each.
- This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and neutral decor throughout.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The famous Vista bullring is located nearby, and hosts events throughout the year.
- Cleaning service once a week included in the rental price

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
