  • This flat comes with electric heating, which keeps the flat warm in winter. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher.
  • The flat is very practical, having two bathrooms and a large, airy living room.

Transportation

The flat is a 12 minute walk from Avenida de America, which is one of the main transportation hubs of Madrid. There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just an 8 minute walk from Ruben Dario metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city centre.
