Alquilo habitación para una sola persona. Es un ático, con vistas espectaculares y despejadas a todo Madrid. Busco persona limpia, seria, ordenada, responsable y solvente. Cama de 150x190 nueva, mesilla, ventilador de techo, tv de 50". Con Baño privado. Terraza privada. Armario empotrado. Lugar muy tranquilo. No se fuma, no se bebe, no se permiten ruidos.

Puente de Vallecas is a quiet district of Madrid with many everyday amenities, like shops and supermarkets. Gran Via is just a 30-minute train ride away from the apartment from the El Pozo train station. You can also take the El Pozo train to get to Palacio Real in about 40 minutes from the apartment.

- This neighborhood is just close enough to the inner city to enjoy all of the sights, but just far enough to miss all of the inner city bustle.
