This 10-bedroom apartment on Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, in Tetuán, is bright, fully furnished, and has rooms to rent. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a seperate dining area. The property has 5 nicely tiled bathrooms, and heating is installed throughout, so you'll stay toasty warm in winter.
The apartment is located in Tetuán, a neighborhood in the north of Madrid with a real local atmosphere You’ll have traditional restaurants, trendy bars, and public transport right on your doorstep. The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (home of Real Madrid) is close by; watching a match is a must-do when in Madrid!

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is fully furnished. This pleasant room is nice and big, with a bright window and a large wardrobe. Heating and AC is installed to keep you confortable throughout the year.
