This is a nice 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle De La Povedilla, Madrid. It has a cosy living room, lovely decor, and it's close to one of the biggest parks in town.

Things to keep in mind
- You'll be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady.
- The laptops and printer in the pictures belong to the landlady.
- There's a washing machine but no dryer – no problem, just set up a drying rack and you're good to go.
- A television can be provided for the bedroom.
- Important: the wardrobe in your bedroom only has a tiny amount of space available (1 compartment out of 3). The rest of it is already taken.
Cancellation policies

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home

Flatmates
Moving into a new city is always hard, unless you know a local who can give you the lay of the land. Enter your flatmate: a talkative and friendly lady in her 60s. She speaks Spanish and French - and although she doesn't speak English, she has a son who does who will be able to help if you need. (The landlady's son does not live on the property.)
