This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack in the balcony. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated

This large 7-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment offers a range of fully furnished bedrooms for rent. All rooms are spacious and bright, and come equipped with a desk, heating and good storage space. This 160 sqm flat features a full kitchen where tenants will find all they could need to prepare their meals
The apartment is located on Plaza Manolete, steps from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and just a few minutes on foot from a shopping centre featuring a range of shops and a large supermarket. Nuevos Ministerios, where you can access three metro lines and several Cercanias train services, is 13 minutes away. This well-equipped flat is exterior and also offers Wi-fi, central heating, a washing machine and a cleaning service once a week.
What we liked the most
- This spacious 160 sqm, seven bedroom flat will be a fantastic place to meet new people!
- There are two shared balconies
- There are three full bathrooms to be shared by all rooms.
- This large flat offers good storage space, with all rooms featuring their own wardrobes and a shared built-in closet in the hallway.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a gas stove and an oven.
Things to keep in mind
To formalize bookings with monthly rent of 0€ in April and May tenant must contact landlord to pay the deposit.
Deposit must be paid and contract signed as soon as possible, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
- All rooms are equipped with double beds, but have a maximum occupancy of one person (except for Room 6).
- The apartment will be equipped with a television.
- There used to be a living room, but it has been turned into Bedroom 7.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
