Landlord policies

    • Monday_Friday, 19:00–22:00: €30 + VAT
    • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 16:00–19:00: €50 + VAT.
    • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 19:00–22:00: €80 + VAT.
    • Any other time: check-in not available
  • Booking policy:
    • If the tenant wishes to extend the contract, the landlord needs to be notified at least 30 days in advance.
    • The landlord will not accept booking requests made more than 60 days before the move-in date
    • For example: if the tenant wishes to make a booking from January 1st 2021, she will have to wait until November 1st 2020 to make her request
  • ADMIN FEE (currently 72,60 EUR, VAT included) includes:
    • Legal contract
    • Guided check-in tour
    • Possibility of choosing another room from the Landlord's portfolio
    • Possibility of extending the contract
    • Tenant support in case of doubts, cleaning, counselling and general aspects
    • Office support in case of important matters

Find your home 100% onlineWith Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking requestWith just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
