Apartment in the heart of Madrid, just fifty meters from Sol Square. Unbeatable location in Madrid. Easily accessible from Sol Station to all universities in Madrid. It consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. Each room has its own private key. We only accept students with university or academic documents. Basic bedding is provided, but tenants can also bring their own comforter. Common area cleaning frequency: every three months. The living room is not available, and the kitchen is small, but it is a quiet and perfect place for students.
