Neighborhood information

Known as the wealthiest and most exclusive neighbourhood of Madrid, Salamanca never fails at giving an individual a great time. There are an abundance of small boutiques, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Salamanca is also one of the most esthetically pleasing neighbourhoods of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • This elegant apartment is beautifully decorated with traditional style furniture. It has nice polished wooden floors and lots of windows that let in good natural light.
  • The kitchen is furnished with a dining table with eight chairs and has built in cabinets that provide lots of storage space. It has everything you need for cooking and dining including a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, sink and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses are also provided. There is also a separate storage room to store cleaning products.
  • The living room is very spacious and has a dining table with six chairs, two sofas, a coffee table, two small tables with lamps and a TV. There is also a big window overlooking the street.
