Rooms available for rent in a six bedroom, three bathroom 200 m² apartment in posh Salamanca. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, while the third is shared by tenants of the other rooms. This is the most exclusive neighbourhood of Madrid where you will find the best restaurants, top end shops and trendy lounge bars.

What we liked the most

  • This elegant apartment is beautifully decorated with traditional style furniture. It has nice polished wooden floors and lots of windows that let in good natural light.
  • The kitchen is furnished with a dining table with eight chairs and has built in cabinets that provide lots of storage space. It has everything you need for cooking and dining including a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, sink and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses are also provided. There is also a separate storage room to store cleaning products.
  • The living room is very spacious and has a dining table with six chairs, two sofas, a coffee table and two small tables with lamps. There is also a big window overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • Rooms 1 and 3 have ensuite bathrooms.
  • Please, note that the property has changed since our runner's last visit. We are showing the pictures provided by the landlord

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
