Rooms are available to rent in this 9-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in an amazing location: Malasaña. The apartment is extremely large, but sharing with so many people shouldn't be a problem, as you have a lovely living room, and a large kitchen in which to relax and get to know your new flatmates. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table. The kitchen includes a microwave, and there is also a washing machine.
You will be living in a great location, at the Edge of Malasaña, right next to the busy tourist street and shopping haven of Gran Vía and the streets that lead off it. You will also be just a couple of minutes' walk from Chueca, along with Malasaña - one of the coolest areas of Madrid, with hundreds of bars, restaurants, tabernas, cafes, and nightclubs nestled on the narrow streets, along with a multitude of bohemian and vintage stores. Not only that, but you are will be about a 7-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city, and universal meeting place for Madrileños. This really is one of the best places to live in the city!
