What we liked the most

  • The most distinctive feature is that all of the bedrooms have their own locks in addition to the standard keys for the building entrance and the apartment. For those who are safety-conscious, this is the perfect amenity for you.
  • Rent includes a weekly cleaning service of common areas, allowing for more time to explore Madrid and less time cleaning.
  • The kitchen has an oven (something often hard to come by in Madrid).
  • In addition, the sheets are included in housing costs.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator.
  • The kitchen is new with an electric stove and fully equipped for all of your eating and cooking needs. However, there is no dishwasher.
