This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Casino in the crossroads of three neighborhoods in the center of Madrid: Embajadores, La Latina, and Puerta de Toledo. The flat is completely renovated and beautifully decorated with colorful pieces of art. This apartment, with 4 rooms for rent with all bills included in the price, is ideal for someone wanting to have access to some of the most interesting areas of the city. In Embajadores you’ll find Lavapiés, a multicultural area with restaurants from cuisines the world over; La Latina is famous for the El Rastro flea market Sunday mornings and numerous tapas bars to enjoy cañas of beer and vermut, and Puerta de Toledo, which is right next to La Latina and is near Madrid Río. the area of the apartment is 77 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has new parquet flooring with different tones of brown.
- All bills, weekly cleaning, and wi-fi are included in the rental price.
- The kitchen is very spacious and you'll have all necessary amenities including an oven, toaster, and microwave to cook your meals.
- The neighborhoods that surround the apartment- La Latina, Embajadores, and Puerta de Toledo- is full of bars, restaurants, and everything you can possibly imagine!
- Two of the rooms are equipped with A/C units to keep tenants cool during the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is one bathroom to be shared among 4 tenants.
- There is an interior dining area that tenants can use to enjoy meals.
