Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Salamanca area of Madrid. Located in an affluent area with access to the center of Madrid as well as being incredibly close to the IE Business School campus, this area is perfect for post-graduate students and professionals. You can walk to Salamanca’s main shopping areas as well as being able to get to school or work with ease. The area of this apartment is 92 m2.

Room description
This bedroom, with an area of 13 m2, is the largest bedroom in the apartment. It has a double bed, three shelves next to it for storage on either side, and a foldable desk and chair. There is A/C like in the other rooms. What makes this room unique is that there is a window with a street view and two huge wardrobes with all of the space you’d need for your clothes, books, and other bulk items.
