Located in an affluent area with access to the center of Madrid as well as being incredibly close to the IE Business School campus, this area is perfect for post-graduate students and professionals. You can walk to Salamanca’s main shopping areas as well as being able to get to school or work with ease. The area of this apartment is 92 m2.

This bedroom, with an area of 11 m2, has a double bed with the two same sets of shelves on either side as in Bedroom 2. There’s also a foldable desk and chair. Like the other rooms, there’s air conditioning. In addition, there are two large wardrobes and another window that looks out onto the street.
