Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Salamanca area of Madrid. Located in an affluent area with access to the center of Madrid as well as being incredibly close to the IE Business School campus, this area is perfect for post-graduate students and professionals. You can walk to Salamanca’s main shopping areas as well as being able to get to school or work with ease. The area of this apartment is 92 m2.

Room description

This bedroom, with an area of 11 m2, has a double bed with the two same sets of shelves on either side as in Bedroom 2. There’s also a foldable desk and chair. Like the other rooms, there’s air conditioning. In addition, there are two large wardrobes and another window that looks out onto the street.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has A/C, fantastic for hot Madrid summers
  • There is a closet next to the living room for storage
  • The kitchen has a dishwasher, perfect for those who don't like washing up!
  • The kitchen also has an oven, ideal for baking
