The apartment is close to the university areas in Moncloa and Argüelles as well as being within walking distance of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant (and one of the world’s most hipster) neighborhoods. This is ideal for students looking to be near campus, but also have easy access to shopping and nightlife. Please note that only students are allowed to rent in this apartment. The area of the apartment is 160 m2.

You may dry your clothes on an individual drying rack inside the apartment or in the building’s interior patio. The apartment has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating.   • The kitchen is large and equipped: there is an electric stove, oven, double sink, and two fridges
