The rooms are very spacious, two of them overlook an interior courtyard with plenty of natural light, and the other two overlook the outside, one of which has a terrace with a small table, and both have a living area with a sofa and desk. The building has a lift and a doorman. Very well connected to the Blue Line, just a two-minute walk from the flat, and various buses that connect you to Paseo de Castellana and Bravo Murillo.
