- The kitchen is a bit small, but it has a microwave and electric stove to cook homemade meals.
- The rooms do not have wardrobes, but they have chest of drawers and racks to hang clothes.
- Kitchen and living room have undergone minor changes since the homechecker verified the property. In addition, some decorative items are no longer in the house
