The district is the definition of posh: one walk along its main street, Calle Serrano, located a 12 minute stroll from the flat and lined with designer stores and hip restaurants and you'll see why! The rooms for rent are all simply yet fully furnished, complete with a double bed, small table, chest of drawers, and a rack to hang your clothes.

One of the best features of this flat is the exterior patio: with views of the neighboring areas and the beautiful blue skies of Madrid, tenants will have the perfect place to relax or hang out with friends and roommates! As the apartment has 5 rooms and ample common space, it is suitable for students who want to meet new people during their stay in Madrid.

This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks on the patio.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is very luminous and leads to the beautiful and spacious exterior patio.
  • Speaking of exterior patio, this rooftop space is a dream come true for many: it's lined with artificial grass and has impressive views of the charming neighborhood.
  • All of the rooms have double beds for tenants to stretch out after a long day!
  • All bills and weekly cleaning are included in the rental price
  • The neighborhood is very safe and upscale, so tenants will feel safe at all hours of the day!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is a bit small, but it has a microwave and electric stove to cook homemade meals.
  • The rooms do not have wardrobes, but they have chest of drawers and racks to hang clothes.

a) The good news: if you cancel your booking 61 days (or more) before your move-in date, we promise to refund 100% of your first payment.

b) If you cancel 31 to 60 days before your move-in date, we will refund 50% of your first payment. The other 50% will be given to the landlord.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.
