Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk, making this a perfect accommodation for students. The apartment also consists of a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, both featuring bathtubs. You will be located close to IE Business School, as well as Avenida de America metro station and several bus stations, allowing an easy commute to the city centre and other parts of Madrid. The area of the apartment is 180m2.
This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.
Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
The Landlord only accepts bookings when the move-in date is within 50 days of the booking

The apartment is located just a short walk to Avenidad de America metro station with several lines across the city. Bus services 12 and N4 are also situated just around the corner.
