This 32 m² studio available to rent in the upscale Salamanca district comes fully furnished and stylishly decorated. Upon entering the apartment you have the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. The living area comes furnished with a double bed, sofa, and a standalone wardrobe. There are also big corner windows, which fill the studio with plenty of sun and provide great city views.
The apartment is located on Calle Lagasca in the heart of Salamanca with shops such as El Corte Inglés, Mango, and Zara nearby. There are also plenty of small boutiques and delicious restaurants. You are well connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.

- The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of shops to explore and restaurants to try.
