This stylish 3rd floor studio available to rent in the Retiro area is ideal for an individual or couple. The main room has big windows that keep it sunny and fresh and comes very well-decorated. The decor is both elegant and practical with a double bed, small arm chairs, and dining table for 2. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a modern and spacious bathroom.
On Calle de Valderribas, the apartment is on quiet residential street. With a metro stop that takes you directly to the city center, this is a great option if you prefer bigger avenues, trees, and tranquility. There is plenty to do nearby, however; head over to Calle de Dr. Esquerdo where you will find shops, restaurants, and bars.
What we liked the most
- We love the big windows that keep it nice and bright.
- Movie nights will be great with the flat-screen TV.
- You have a line 1 metro nearby, which takes you directly to Sol in about 25 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 standalone wardrobe.
- There is no oven, but you have a microwave and 4-burner stove.
