This rustic studio, which has AC, is available to rent on Calle del Noviciado. The living area is furnished with a double bed, a coffee table and a useful wardrobe and has access to a small balcony overlooking the street outside. There is also a cosy dining table where you can enjoy your meals and a small kitchenette where you have a microwave and an electric stove to prepare them.
In Malasaña you are surrounded by the best that this exciting city has to offer. Popular areas like the tranquil Retiro welcoming Cheuca and the vibrant city center are within walking distance and you can easily connect with further away parts thanks to the nearby metro station. The streets outside are home to many excellent restaurants and friendly shops where you can buy your basic amenities.
What we liked the most
- The property makes good use of space and you can easily host guests even though it is only 27 m².
- There is air conditioning in the property, perfect for the hot Madrid summers.
- The apartment is located in a trendy and central area where you have lots to explore and experience.
Things to keep in mind
- The shower is in the living room so you can not use it privately while having people over.
