Recently remodeled, this studio apartment is contemporary and stylish. Its shower is tiled in lime green giving it a nice punch of color. Also equipped with a balcony, you'll get lots of sunshine and natural light throughout the day.
You'll enjoy the prime location of this apartment. Located in the Malasaña neighborhood, this property is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and nightclubs. It is also just steps from the metro station with connections to downtown and other areas of Madrid.

- This apartment is in one of the most sought after communities in Madrid. Malasaña is most popular because of its proximity to various shops and restaurants.
- You would be proud to call this cozy studio apartment home. It is tastefully decorated and recently renovated with modern fixtures and amenities.
- Along with its location, we enjoyed the views, fresh breezes and natural light coming from its balcony.

- Staying here you'll be close to both bus and train stations. The M2 bus is just steps away and makes stops in Gran Via. In Gran Via you can party at some of the most trendiest nightclubs in Europe.
- From here you can also walk to the Madrid Metro. It makes stops in San Bernardo where the Apolo Theater makes its home.
- Walk a couple of more minutes to catch bus #3 to Plaza de España and Madrid's most well-known skyscrapers.
