A bright studio apartment is available for rent in La Latina, Madrid. It has a separate bedroom with an attached bathroom, then a living room and kitchen area, which also has a table and chairs for dining. The furniture and walls in the apartment are primarily white, giving the room a bright, open feel. There is a comfortable sofa and a flat screen television in the living room, as well as a small desk with a view out of the window. The bedroom is compact, with a double bed and, above it, a shelf and several cupboards. There is also a small nightstand and a lamp beside the bed. Through the bedroom you have access to a beautiful bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, and several drawers for storage. The towels and linen all come included in the price, along with an iron and a hair dryer.
The property is right beside the Plaza Gral. Vara de Rey, and the local area boasts multiple bars and cafes. You'll also be a 10 minute walk from Parque de la Cornisa, and a 5 minute walk from Puerta de Toledo metro station. The Museum of Arts is also close by.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is really pretty.
- Pets are allowed on the property.
- The desk is beside the window, allowing you to watch the world pass by as you work.
- The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
- Some of the bills are included in the rent.

- There is no oven on the property, but there is a microwave.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
