This modern studio apartment on Calle de Preciados, in Centro, is 35 m² and comes equipped with air conditioning. The main room is furnished with a double bed, sofa, and television, and there is also a kitchen corner with a sink, toaster, coffee maker, stove and dishwasher.
This amazing central location will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions right on your doorstep. The iconic Gran Vía is just around the corner from the apartment, and you can walk to Puerta del Sol in just 6 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and cozy.
- The AC unit can also be used for heating.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled and offers storage space for your toiletries.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- The apartment's central location is hard to beat, with the best Madrid has to offer right outside your front door.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are in a common laundry room.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and 2-element stove.
- There is only a mini-fridge.
