This stylish studio apartment for rent is located on Calle Preciados, seconds away from Callao, Gran Via and a short walk from Puerta del Sol. The 35m2 apartment features an air conditioning unit, a fantastic bathroom with a shower, a stylish kitchenette with a dishwasher and a living space, complete with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe, storage units, a sofa, a coffee table and a television. The windows face an interior courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet from the buzzing streets of the city centre and the building also has a shared laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. Many famous attractions will be just a short walking distance away, along with the vibrant neighborhood of Malasaña, known for its fantastic nightlife and chic shops and cafes.

- The studio comes equipped with an air conditioning system, perfect for hot summers in Madrid.

Things to keep in mind
