This studio apartment on Calle Conde de Romanones, in Centro, is located in a building with a lovely shared swimming pool. The spacious 55 m² property has a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed, dining table, and a kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
From this fantastic central location you will be able to walk to Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor in only 5 minutes. You will find a fantastic range of shops, cafes and restaurants in the streets surrounding the apartment, and the Metro stops 2 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives good natural light.
- There is a small balcony so you can easily step outside for some fresh air.
