This bright studio apartment for rent in Bellas Vistas is your affordable singles pad. Don’t worry if you’re in a relationship, though. It’s perfect for two as well. Although it wasn't there when our homechecker visited, you have a sofa to lounge on. You also have a double bed, a desk where you can work, a table to eat at, and a fully equipped kitchen!
Bellas Vistas is off the hipster beat. It’s just north of downtown, and you are well connected. Students will enjoy being 10 minutes away from the UCM Faculty of Education and the Technical University of Madrid. You can jog in nearby parks and sip sangria in nearby bars.
What we liked the most
- The sofa isn’t in the pictures, but one will be provided. Yay!
- You have your own private washing machine.
- You don’t have to sweat it out in the summer. There is AC.
- The price is perfect for budget-seekers.
- Living in this neighborhood will feel like experiencing the real Spanish way of life!
