You'll love how much punch this studio packs. From the kitchen to the dining, into the sleeping and the studying. It's all right at your fingertips.
We think it's ideal for postgraduates. Madrid's major university campuses are within easy reach, and so is the city centre. Hop on the Metro and you'll be partying in Moncloa in no time.
Your top 3 reasons to rent this apartment:
- That living area is set up for relaxation, and how cool is that sofa? Very.
- Let the sunshine brighten up your day – this studio gets plenty.
- Tetuán is a true locals locale, and for students, it's nice and close to the campus.
But you need to know this...
- Studios don't leave a lot of room to stretch out. But who needs space when Madrid is your backyard?

This is a beautiful 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Tudelilla, Madrid. Cook up a storm, enjoy it at the small dining table, then retire to the couch for some R & R.
This apartment is ideal for pros and postgrads. Escape the big city hustle and live local. The campus is close by, as well as plenty of good bars and restaurants. No pets, sorry Rex.
What we liked the most
- Relaxing on the sofa – cable TV is included!
- Opening up the windows and letting in the Spanish sunshine – there's plenty of it.
- Sipping on a beverage at your favourite local bar – there are plenty to choose from around here.

- The fridge isn't shown in the pics/ video. Don't worry, this will be installed before you move in.
